The Conference is $50.00 for members and $100.00 for non-members. For vendors who are Key, Lead, Champion, or Benefactor sponsors, and for employees with the Department of Health, Department of Family and Community Services, and Division of Behavioral Health, please use the VENDOR/STATE registration below. We will provide morning and afternoon breaks and lunches during our time together. You may indicate any food allergies you have on your registration form.
